Starting conditions

EnergyWise arrived with a name and a concept — household energy storage solutions for a Finnish market still finding its shape. Nothing else. The brief was ostensibly simple: a logo and a website. The real task was inventing an entire brand from zero, in a technical category where almost no visual vocabulary existed yet.

Web UI

How it came together.

After exploring several visual directions, the brand landed somewhere deliberate — a specific purple native to the energy and power industry rather than borrowed from adjacent categories. Paired with dark gradients and a geometric circular mark, it created a premium, technical aesthetic: credible for the sector, ownable enough to feel genuinely theirs. Once locked, the identity extended into a full web UI — front page, solution pages, blog, and navigation states.

Visual Direction

Explored multiple brand directions before committing. The goal was a visual language specific to energy storage — not generic cleantech, not consumer electronics.

Brand System

Built the complete identity: mark, horizontal and vertical lockups, a specific colour palette with gradient variants, typography, and a bespoke pattern.

Web UI

Extended the locked brand into a full website — desktop and mobile — covering front page, solution pages, blog, and menu interaction states.
